In the interest of working The List this year, I'm joining up with Fiber of All Sorts' Lovely Year of Finishes.
My
thought is that it will give me a manageable monthly goal and encourage
me to write posts regularly. We'll see about that! ☺ Though it does
seem like I'm starting something new here, it's in line with my 2015
guiding ideas, so I feel like I'm GTG (Good to Go!)
My
goal for this month is to complete the Charm Pack Cherry quilt that's
been hanging out on my design wall since before Double Trouble were
born. It's very decorative, but I think it's time to get 'er done. It's
not that large!
I'm linking up with the January Goal Setting Party
and I've got to the end of the month to link up my finished quilt with
the Finishes Party. If I meet my goal, I might even win something... but
that's a long shot!
Thinking of giving it a try? Why not? One month, one goal. No bigee. You're only accountable to yourself. I, for one, will not be reporting anyone to the Quilt Police.

Good luck with your goal. :) It looks like it will be a really cute and fun quilt when it is finished up.
ReplyDeleteI did A Lovely Year of Finishes last year and it really kept me on track. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right about sewing/quilting being an important stress reducer (and way more productive than vacuuming!). You had a very bountiful 2014-and if you make it to the sew ins, you'll still get at least those hours of sewing time in every month. Very important for our mental health-and that is better for everyone in the family!
ReplyDeleteYay! You can do it ... I've set myself one goal for the whole quarter lol :)
ReplyDeleteI really like this pattern. You and Adrienne are really tempting me to try it out! Curious to see how you quilt it. It's already looking really good!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it. I've been thinking about joining as well.
ReplyDeleteI have more than one goal and cannot choose!
